Payment & Delivery
POSB Saving Account: 137-64397-9
Le PlainJane accepts POSB/ DBS bank transfer. A snapshot of the receipt is required for ATM transfer for easy verification.
Payment details must be submitted within 24 hours upon receiving the order confirmation invoice. If payment has not been successfully received within this timeframe, the order will be canceled without prior notice.
Payment & Shipping Rate (Singapore)
Normal Mail: $1.50SGD for the first item, S$0.50 for every subsequent item.
Registered Mail: $3.74
Bags and shoes are charged at a flat rate of S$3.00 per item
For normal mail, Le PlainJane will not be held any responsible for any delayed or lost mail during the delivery of the packages made by SingPost. We strongly recommend you to opt for registered postage to prevent any lost mail.
Shipping Information
Orders will be mailed within 2-3 working days once payment has been verified.
In the event that the package is returned to Le PlainJane due to the customer’s error in mailing address submitted (incorrect / insufficient address), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
Exchange and Refund Policy
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In the event if customer received defective item, please contact us at leplainjane@gmail.com with photo of the defective area. Item must be returned unworn and in its original condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume). Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the date order was sent out. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.
We'll only provide a same item exchange for defective merchandise within 2 weeks after the date order was sent out.
In the event if defective merchandise is sold out, Le PlainJane is unable to process an exchange, customer can choose to exchange for any item from existing/past collection or store credit.
